Question 1

What is in a welcome kit?

Accepted Answer

An engraved insulated flask, a suede A5 notebook and an engraved pen set with two refills, packed in a personalised kraft gift box. Every piece is personalised with your company name or logo, and each starter's name can be engraved too. Posting to each new starter is free. You can upgrade to a wooden gift box with a metal clasp.

Question 2

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

No. Welcome kits are £30 each for up to 10 kits, £24.99 each from 11 kits and £19.99 each from 50 kits. For larger orders of one item, such as keyrings or cup sleeves, see our bulk orders page.

Question 3

Can we prepare kits in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Order a batch ahead of your next hires and we engrave and pack it. We can hold the batch and post each kit to your new starter when they join, free of charge, personalised with their name.

Question 4

Can you engrave our company logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send a simple, high-contrast logo (SVG, PNG or PDF) and we convert it into a single-colour laser mark. We send a proof for approval before anything is engraved.

Question 5

How do we pay?

Accepted Answer

We reply to your enquiry with a quote. Approved orders can be paid by card or invoice.
